Contact Lens Exam in Central Arkansas
If you’re considering contact lenses or need to update your prescription, a proper exam is essential for comfort, clarity, and eye health. Contact lenses require more than a standard vision test; we take extra steps to evaluate your corneal shape, tear quality, and lens preferences to ensure a perfect fit.
We offer contact lens exams at all three of our Central Arkansas locations: Sherwood, Levy (North Little Rock), and Landmark (Little Rock). Whether you’re new to contacts or looking for a better solution, we’ll recommend the best contact lenses to fit your eyes, lifestyle, and vision needs.

What happens during a contact eye exam
A contact lens exam includes a series of specialized tests that go beyond the scope of a comprehensive eye exam. We’ll start by checking your eye health and vision prescription, just like a standard exam. Then, we’ll take specific measurements, such as the curvature of your cornea and tear film quality, to determine the best lens type and fit.
If you’re new to contact lenses, we’ll walk you through how to insert, remove, and care for them. If you’re an experienced wearer, we’ll check how your current lenses are performing and make adjustments if needed.

We offer both standard & specialty contact lenses
We offer a wide variety of contact lenses to match your vision needs and lifestyle. Our selection includes daily disposables, extended wear lenses, monovision and multifocal contacts for presbyopia, and toric lenses for astigmatism.
For patients with specific vision conditions, we also fit custom and medically necessary lenses like scleral lenses. During your contact lens exam and fitting, we’ll ensure the lenses you choose offer a precise, comfortable fit and clear, reliable vision.
